When talk to a rep on phone and he says something like "We can't give you a refund/replacement..."

Just say very quickly : " I am really sorry but I just noticed that the package I got is not from amazon,it's from Zalando (or any other store) !
I got a text message from the courier that my package is going to arrive the next day... even though the package is showing as delivered on the site...! "

The Rep will be OK with this and there you go. You won't get any e-mail or anything from amazon !
