We had announced that we will not be allowing calls to India in the chat in the meantime as they were calling emergency services and repeated invalid numbers back to back. We have patched the emergency services calls, as we weren’t aware of other ones that were being called. We are currently in the process of patching calls to invalid numbers.

This is our third run in with this specific customer. This isn’t a targeted thing, but rather something that is crucial for our bot to remain up and working. It’s a measurement taken by our team and we will announce when India is back up when we are ready.

They killed my routes so whenever I can get those back up. No exact eta as of now but probably 1-3 weeks. Not sure why this is a problem for c.io or considered a scam report when I’m trying to make sure my bot stays up and a specific country is bringing it down.
