Additional Information: I hired him to verify a PayPal account with custom docs, sent him the proxy/cookies/credentials etc..., the account got permanently suspended.
He then refused to provide a refund, even though in his sale thread he states that "within 30 days he offers a refund or replacement": https://ibb.co/Lp45Q5d
