Sellix is very well designed, to prevent someone from accidentally leaking his order id you must use the same browser that you used for creating the invoice to view your order on the web page, otherwise, you need to download your order via email it seems you using a different browser or Incognito mode that's why you don't see your order on your screenshot also, @AREA52TO I'd like to know why you keep open new tickets in my system are you not able to see messages in the previous ticket? @Liars I request my DWC to be removed as this clearly is not a valid scam report instead of a report, this is more like a misunderstanding we have stated on our shop that our avg. response time is 12~24 hours and I replied to him within just an hour but I'm not sure for whatever reason he doesn't see my message and he seems don't have any patience either, created a scam report on someone with just only 15 hours product is instantly sent to his email after payment is completed and I'm pretty sure this guy has NEVER read his email as he used a temp mail address ![[Image: aSVYwtN.png]](https://i.imgur.com/aSVYwtN.png)
