3 months ago I bought 2 Paypal accounts from him.
The first account was his "Private from Egypto" account since 2015, it did not allow change of phone number, so he said that when he made withdrawals write to him and he would send me the SMS code to make withdrawals.
When I finally received a payment of 422 dollars, to make the withdrawal, he asked me for SMS verification, when I asked him to send me the code, he said that the SMS never arrived, so he asked me to access the account to "fix it". I gave him access, and he told me that it could not be sent to another Paypal account that the money could only be withdrawn to HIS BANK ACCOUNT, which he had registered.
He told me that when the money arrived he would send me the money by BTC, in the image you can see that it takes 24 hours and 48 hours have passed, and he cannot say that he does not have time, the money arrives in his account, nowadays everything is done With the cellphone.
So I demand the money that I received with so much effort, of the cost of the 2 Paypal accounts, since the second account stopped working.
