I wouldn't say he's a scammer, it's just miscommunication on both sides. We had not agreed on the deal's specifics, as such, the documents I sent him were from a database leakage a couple years back.

The deal was that he'd pay .50 per document and I sent him around 112, he claimed most were expired and that they are Alphaex leaks and are not usable. I'd like payment for the valid ones, that's the fair deal. As per the final agreement, I am to send him the documents for 0.3 per.

There is no arguments here, he is a good person, but it is not entirely my fault that he had not specified his need for private data neither in the post or the Telegram communication. And I'm sure people purchase leaked data they don't have easy access to since I had sold leaked data before and the deal went through. Pretty certain there are no traditions for selling documents that I am supposed to follow.

Right. I was supposed to buy 150 fronts off him which ended up being from the "alphaex 2020 database leak"
I told him I cannot accept those, then he said it's mixed between good and alphaex, so he cleaned it.
Then he sent me a .rar file containing 120 files which 50+ out of those were expired and the rest were still from the alphaex database which he refused, after proving to him he started complaining. Let's not mention that already over than 20 people tried to sell me those.

If any of the admins accept his absurd concern that he's allowed to sell leaked documents off alphaex which was leaked and published abroad 100s of forums back in 2020 and these documents can be used for something, then I will surely pay him, but I strictly believe PUBLIC DATA should not be sold to anyone, although we are talking about 76x0.3 = 23 bucks i still refuse to pay anyone for FREE data available to anyone, everywhere and banned from most platforms.
I don't need this for kyc but i would never even try to waste my time using these for my concern.

The database leak contained 15000+ data, it's not about obtaining the data as much as it's cleaning and providing as per the deal's requirements. 

The requirement of 100+ UK Drivers Licenses.

Deals are built on a requirement from the buyer and an agreement between both parties to that requirement seals the deal. Had you stated your need for private data my approach would've been different.

As for your evidence of the data being easily accessible, I see one dead link and several news articles. No where do I see the data being accessible.

And as for the conversation, the screenshots don't really prove anything against me, you claimed expired ones and your certainty of them being Alphaex, to which I responded that they are not all entirely Alphaex and that you can proceed to pay for the valid ones.

Regardless, previous to that part of the conversation, you had not declared your specific needs for private documents. You declared them unusable after receiving them. The deal progressed as soon as the data has been sent, again, tied by declaration of requirements and the agreement between both parties.

@Artifact The images you have shared with OP are from a leak that has been public. Also, I have personally seen it sold around about 2020 - 2021. Refund him within 24 hours.

Refund him for what? He is the one who should be refunding me, he took the data and claimed it unusable, never have we agreed on any specifics about the trade, he requested IDs I gave him valids, I'm short 73 DLs which by his calculations are 23$.

So yeah, I don't really understand. Sold 3 years or not, they are valid documents, it's really none of my business whether it works for his "THING" the way he put it, after RECEIVING them is that they wont work for his "THING" lol
