Bot is running 24/7
He was in the discord group for a month and he paid for lifetime discord server, even though the discord member is 25€ is monthly I offered him for 35€ lifetime

Why?

1. The Premium server is automated with a bot which sends filters 24/7 - he saw that
2. Manual filters are rarely.

As you can see last time I offered manual filters is 27 December

@Raw I do not see a reason why he should refund. He told you that the manual filter are rare. He told you to use the bot filter not his fault that you do not know how to use them. Maybe if you asked @iDontCare02 on how to use them he would show you. Solved, closed.
