Have you actually confirmed that you didnt get the money or are you struggling to check it without a sellpass order id?
The payment was sent using the coinbase commerce option on your sellpass (https://thiexlogs.sellpass.io/).
.. Following the paper-trail the BTC amount ended up in what seems like a coinbase hotwallet.
Also, I have mistaken the BTC amount on the TX. The actual amount transferred to you is 0.00163944 BTC (~45USD), not 0.00209BTC. I will update the original post.

Missing order IDs is a known issue with sellpass as seen on their bug-report page, normally solved by the seller processing a delivery of product or refund manually.
