1) Regarding to Bad Support , The account you are dming is my old termed account , its bio literally says if offline = termed and new id is also their so even if u dm for 1yr to that acc you will get no reply

2) Chess.com method had some issue so other customers have been either refunded or took some other product

3) Can you provide LTC or USDT TRC20 Address?
