I purchased a Wise account from a seller on October 2, 2024. The account I received fails to match multiple features advertised on their store page. Specifically, the seller did not provide the promised phone number access, nor did they include any instructions for using cookies- both of which were clearly listed as included with the purchase.
According to the seller's own Terms of Service, refunds are provided if "the account isn't delivered as described." This is exactly my situation. Not only have I been unable to access the account, but crucial promised features are completely missing.
When I inquired about the missing phone access, the seller just told me to use Fanytel with the email login credentials. This didn't work, as there's no Wise number linked to the account. They've provided no solution for the missing cookies instructions either.
Their customer support has been frustratingly slow and unhelpful. I've tried repeatedly to resolve these issues, but at this point, I'm requesting a refund based on their own terms. The account clearly wasn't delivered as advertised, and I can't trust this seller for any future support or services.
