Amount or Item(s) Scammed: $35.98 (2x NordVPN Upgrade Keys (2 years each))

Additional Information: Bought 2x NordVPN Upgrade keys a month. Account was working all good but lost subscription almost a week ago. Opened ticket and had to wait 3 days for him to say that supplier refusing to fix or refund. How is it my fault? I paid him for 4 years of NordVPN keys not his supplier. After waiting for another 2 days today he said will refund only 50% and when asked why he straight up threatened if I want 0% instead. His product description clearly says 2 years of upgrade and nothing about losing it after a month. Would have been better if I just bought $2-5 logs instead

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our products or services at any time, with or without notice. We're not liable for any resulting changes or discontinuations.
That said, I still offered you a 50% refund as a gesture of goodwill, even though, under normal circumstances, we're not obligated to issue any refund at all.

Your ToS also says to check each product description for warranty
Product info clearly says that 2 years upgrade and nothing about losing access to it. You should have mentioned that's it carded or whatever it is so buyer knows there is risk of losing the subscription

I know there are always risks but never got seller like you whose product only worked for a month out of 4 years and after that only 50% refund.

There is no warranty in the product description. This is the full product description: 
Upon purchase, you will receive a NordVPN key that allows you to upgrade your account to premium for 2 years. This key works worldwide and can be activated on both new and existing accounts.  So the standard ToS applies. If you check our other products, they mention a full warranty.

So where is the customer satisfaction here? Losing 50% for using 1 month out of 4 years? Is this customer satisfaction. Great

So it basically means you got 2 warranties for all products you are offering
And whichever warranty you feel like you want to proceed with you make the customer comply with it
Means whichever warranty works in your favor is the one you always go with? You are the first seller who has 2 warranties for his products
Most sellers clearly state it in the TOS or either in their product description
You should have stated in the description that it has no warranty.
Your warranty section says to check product description and product description doesn't say anything as you said above. You are also clearly in the fault for not writing the product description correctly

Also regarding you saying product discountinued I can clearly see it on the website as still available to purchase. Waiting for more people to buy and lose their subscriptions later on? It's been on sale the whole time ever since I opened the ticket a d you saying your SO CALLED SUPPLIER not replacing/refunding

You should freaking keep one policy not multiple
Either write in product description or in FAQ
Lastly what you are saying is not written under Warranty it's written under product availability
