In discord we already talked about refunding the airbnb, as I don't really want to go through accounts to show him that it works, as for amazon the method is clear enough to perform, and I already have a multitude of people that use it frequently and I can show him those people so they can talk together if he wishes. My discord keeps getting terminated so its hard to resolve the issue.
