Paid $180 for 2x $200 cards, none came to my email. Asked support, got only one card, that card didn't work. Contacted VIA bot, didn't get help just got spammed with 'ORDER ID PLEASE'
How can I give you my ORDER ID if I never even got a fucking email or confirmation?
It has been a solid 2 weeks, I don't want the cards I want a refund.
