Additional Information: When I went to the discord server I created a ticket talked with staff for 2 days and it was very slow responses, and they asked for around 5 pictures of the proof I bought the checker, and finally they deleted my ticket when I asked for my login details since it never arrived to my email, the staff cursed me out. And I never got my login details, I would like a full refund, or my login details to the checker since I never received it, and I have been waiting 12 days to get this resolved.

Its been almost 24 hours now, what is going to happen now?

i have messaged cups on discord about this and he hasnt visited cracked.to for few days, so i will give him an extension of 24 more hrs before he gets banned for not resolving this issue.
