Cracked.to refused to connect

So i've been getting this error very recently and i don't know what might have caused it ,though i installed a Wh-Rat program and gave it some permissions through firewall and right after that when i refreshed the page i noticed "connection was interrupted"page popping up for a slight second before it disappeared but now ive disabled all the permissions and deleted it still i cant get in ; and the only way to get through is by using paid vpns that's how im writing this at the moment
Edit : i thought it might come in handy to note the following ; so i use mobile data and rn i've tried all the suggested fixes through youtube and google for the err_connection_refused thingy such as clearing google's cache and the modifying the ip settings in pc etc ; i cant get in neither through my phone nor my pc i've tried different browsers too ; i guess my ip is banned or blocked or something idk at first i thought it might have been the wh-rat program i've installed ;i thought it might have planted something that got detected by cracked.to and apparently no site else did as i can access all the sites normally but now i'm starting to think my ip is blocked or something because it wouldn't make much sense for only cracked to detect this "thing"

Please close this thread as i no longer need help ; i don't know whether it was a bug with the system flagging my ip or was just my internet being weird ; but in the last 1 hour i haven't done anything and it seems like everything went back to normal
