1 (Optional): Select where you'd like to install FL Studio and create a folder in that directory labelled "Image-Line"

2: You'll notice that you've downloaded an executable. This is a self-extracting archive. Simply select it and chose the "Image-Line" folder you created in step one (if you decided to) as the extraction path. If you'd rather do it manually, you can simply view the contents of the self-extracting archive by right clicking the executable and openining it with your archiving tool of choice (Winrar, 7zip, etc...). You can them simply select the contents embeded within the executable and drag them into your "Image-Line" folder.

3: Navigate into the "Image-Line" directory and then into the "FL" directory. You'll notice a file labelled "SymLink Installer.cmd". Execute it - this will create the neccessary paths on your C:/ drive for FL Studio to function correctly.

4: If step 3 is completed successfully, a shortcut should appear in the "FL" directory labelled "FL Studio 20". If so, you've completed the installation successfully. Well done!

5: Run the shortcut and wallah! You have yourself a perfectly functioning FL Studio 20. You can now continue to install plugins, etc.... by opening the file location of the newly created shortcut. This will take you to the FL Studio installation directory where you can make these modifications. I recommend placing the shortcut on your desktop so that you may access FL Studio easily.
