Company would call the store and validate the receipt

I'm SE'ing this company and I'm at the final step for replacement and they need a receipt, I sent them a fake one obviously but they called the store and they were not able to validate it. How can I get around this?

Buy something from that store so it's a legit receipt and once the company you SE approve it just return the order
