I'm not a professional, but seeking help from a counselor, therapist, or a support group for gambling addiction could be a crucial step. Consider self-exclusion programs, limit your access to gambling venues, and reach out to loved ones for support. Taking control of your finances with a budget may also help. If you're in immediate distress, consider contacting a helpline or a mental health professional.

It's important to remember that tough situations don't define your worth. Reach out to supportive friends or family members who may offer understanding and help. Consider seeking professional guidance to manage both your gambling addiction and the underlying issues. You don't have to face this alone, and there are resources available to support you.

Start by requesting a ban on all the gambling sites where you have an account. Then go to your pc host files and block everything gambling related.
