Your video doesn't prove the bot is actually viewing the ads, the Plaignant say that the bot isnt actually doing what it says its doing.
I would recommend you to get the bot to run and show stats involving a channel created in order to prove that the ads are being watched, all of that on videos.

I didn't send any evidence about proxies.
I proved that the bot doesn't work and that the bot lied about watching ads even though proxy.txt is empty
