I'm sorry to tell you, the last thing I'd do is give you a refund. Upon opening a ticket in our server, you agreed to our terms of service. We have a STRICT no refund policy and we only will initiate a refund if the developer is unable to make the bot. In this case, the developer is more than capable of making your bot.

Sorry for any potential future clients of roze.gg, this is actually ridiculous as we are trying our best to fix the bot but this bimbo of a client isn't cooperating which is ultimately ruining roze.gg's reputation on this forum.
