Additional Information:
Purchased a ChatGPT PRO account on April 06th via his auto shop.
The account worked for ONE day and after that Subscription got expired. Contacted him for a fix or replacement and been waiting for over 11 days now. 
He does not fix or replace the account and lies to me saying he will refund later.
Has the time to BUMP his sale thread on forums daily, but does not have time to fix a dead account or take responsibility and replace / refund. 
He should be banned or atleast have a permanent DWC Warning for scamming Customers.

Hello! 
I confirm that after the Scam Report was made here, the Seller sent me a replacement for ChatGPT PRO and it seems to be working fine for now.
The Seller confirms that if the Replacement account ceases to work within Warranty duration, I shall be provided with a Refund for the balance days in Warranty.
