Cannot donate anyone

Dear reader,

I'm trying to donate a few people but every time I try to, I get the error "You have reached the maximum of 5 over the last 15 minutes. Please wait before making a new one". Even though it says "over the last 15 minutes", I haven't donated the past 12 hours, meaning I should be able to donate again. I'd like this cooldown to be reset so I can donate another few members.

If this is a known issue or temporarily, please let me know!

True true, maybe let there be no cooldown for donations higher than or equal to 1000 credits?

Here put me ERROR WHEN I TRY UPGRADE ACCOUNT....i follow the steps:
1 click buy now
2 choose coin bitcoin, litecoin, etc....
3 enter email for product delivery (HERE PUT THIS ERROR) see pic
