Can't access supreme account anymore

Hey guys, 

My friend can't log in to Cracked.to anymore. And because it is not allowed to have more than one account, I am writing to you for him. He always gets the following error message "Authorization code mismatch. Are you accessing this function correctly? Please go back and try again.". He has the 2 factor authentication activated but he doesn't get a chance to enter the code. The error message appears right after the login. His username is "Blackvz". Could you check if there are problems with the 2 Factor Authentication or something else? He also tried to reset his password already, but the same error still occurs.

And I would like to throw another suggestion straight into the room. If it is not allowed to create a second account and you have problems with the login, you have no possibility to reach someone from Cracked at the moment except through a friend or through a second account. It would be nice if there would be another possibility here.
