To make the inbox on cto more usefull maybe add something like "custom" group chat where you can invite other members too to talk about shit. But the users must first accept to join or not. Then you cant be spammed in big groups you dont want. 
And a option to leave a group chat if you want to leave one.
That way no one can mass invite people & spam there inbox with useless stuff.

yes it would be cool, atm pm are not really good looking and kinda bad to use, but they have a lot of potentials that can be used and it will be really good to see a good looking and working private message system with also group chat and stuff!
