Anyone knows the owners if billgang?

I purchased an upgraded plan weeks ago and still didnt receive my upgrade.

Opened a ticket and tried contacting them multiple times but didnt 0 response
MESSAGE ME ON CRACKED.IO AND WAIT FOR MY RESPONSE BEFORE DEALING WITH ME ANYWHERE ELSE.
