Why did you say that when you now claim he didnt had rights over it?
And he has confirmed that it is non hwid locked so thats fine.
Debate now is about the rights on tool.

He never got rights to the tool as can be seen on the other pictures I provided, he literary agreed to it.
Never sold the rights for it.

He can sell it as it is with NO HWID right now, don't care one bit,, It does not mean that he owns the product though. He owns the NON HWID file, that is it.
He has my permission, he can make his bucks back, I don't mind, though he won't tell me what to do with my code.

He never bought the code, nor access to it.. He bought the file. Functioning program, which is functioning 100% right now.

I am still the sole owner of this product.

That was my intent.
That is obvious with the pictures that I provided.

The fact that I agreed for the 160$ is bullshit.  He literary gave it to his friend for free  20 minutes after we finished the talk.

That  friend is the other kid in the pictures.



All that 160$ bullshit and prices happened way after the payment and the delivery of the program, thus not included in the initial deal.

Again just like in the "Proxy Rotating bullshit" - I agreed later on  because I was a nice person. If he wants to debate that he can show pictures and you will see.

I have went over my head to get this proof so we can finally solve this. OP had well over 50 + pictures and yet couldn't post the start of the conversation? I would call that "Framing". I want him punished if possible please.

Confirmed payment price, where did he request Ownership? NO WHERE . EXACTLY. I WAS BEING NICE TELLING HIM HE CAN SELL IT. I NO LONGER ALLOW HIM ANY OF THE SELLING. WE GO THE WAY WE AGREED.
Date - > 11/08




Payment got 11/08





Him requesting more things after the DEAL WAS SET - > I DIDNT AGREE TO IT and yet I WAS NICE TO code him a new feature .(This rotating proxy bullshit)




Him confirming everything works according ot the deal.
