"Banned for multiple warnings"

I was at 40% warning level when I was banned, I had received 2 warnings for "baiting for likes", how did I get banned for having multiple warnings? @amboss
I saw a guy here being banned with 5 warnings, that is 100% warning level, why was I banned with only 40% and for multiple warnings?
If there is rules, they should cover all members.

You were banned because you violated a rule got two warnings for it and still continued with doing the same thing. Having a 100% warning level gets you a temporary ban but when you violate the same rule multiple times and continue after multiple warnings you will also get one.
