Those special characters' names aren't allowed now in the forum. Probably the user u are mentioning is the old user.
SB only supports alphanumeric characters. Adding any font won't support it, coz the user can now have only alphanumeric names... ~~~ 3rd Signature Spot for Sale! ~~~
