Account upgrades

Hello, I purchased an account upgrade using bitcoin last evening and have not received the upgrade. I tried to contact the staff via direct message but have not heard back from anyone.

I can see that the bitcoin has been withdrawn from the wallet I sent it to, so it is obvious that it has been seen and collected... could someone please assist me with this issue??
