When you have 2FA enabled and u get the alert that your IP changed the page you have open example 
https://cracked.sh/Forum-Giveaways
if it has the 2fa code thing after you type it, it will redirect you to the main page

I dont think its a bug, just the 2fa page redirects to index all the time
