Additional Information: So before i bought from him Wise account i asked him if can recive big payments on it without getting locked etc after i paid him he started to talk shit i must start with $100-1k to make transactions history to not get locked https://prnt.sc/nVANgUmDgMg0 I feel scammed because when i told him i must recive 2-3k payments he never said before about this.. Also i had to pay other guy $22+fee for activation Wise but doesnt matter i just want refund for account $110

Hi, thanks for opening a scam report.

I sent to both @Darkness / @Liars the full conversation from telegram.

So everything it's about, he bought a wise account and I told him how to do the cashout to do not receive a lock on it. The account it's fully verified, he paid a reseller 22 dollars, to make the first deposit on the account for not having problems with locks / something like that, that 22 dollars are on his wise account and he only paid a 5$ fee which one I said in the telegram conversation I can cover it.
He didn't even test, if the cashout it's working or not, I said he can receive 2-3 k monthly, but needs to do 500$ / 500$ / 1k$ / 1k$ weekly to can be able & to make some transaction history on the account, otherwise he will not be able to do it and I said to him how to the transaction history to do not get locked, anyway you can read the full conversation, if I will need to refund this guy I want the SMS number that he used and the email, because the account it's fully verified on his details and it's the first owner of the account.

As he said its not safe and account can get locked and must make transations history.. I give him this option to refund me $55 and i will use account and risk it if get locked doesnt matter or i can give him account back to refund total amount but he must pay me for balance that i have on Wise 20 euro

xd, why would you risk it & when you said account get locked, if you waited some days to get aged and made some transaction [ I do not know if you made transactions ], but it's something strange anyway, waiting for liars / darkness response,.
