I would say so, you are more reputable in my eyes if you invest money to the forum, but you gotta ofc look at how active they are, how much they contribute and their reps too.

I'd still like to spend some money on this forum since its provided so much. I might stick around and check giveaways for a little and then buy if I'm unlucky.

Then you'd be upgrading for the right reason anyways, and as an added bonus yes, it typically would increase your store's chance of success. Function has a very good point that spending money in the forum does increase chance that you are intending on sticking around, but I've also seen people use that first instinct of trusting someone who invests to scam them for larger amounts than would be possible at a lower rank, thus offsetting their cost of a wasted Supreme. There are a few people (not sure if they are still here or not) who would just start new accounts, buy supreme, stick around a couple weeks until a good, big money opportunity arose, scam for big money, then repeat with new accounts.

But yeah, I'd say if you are enjoying yourself on the forum and think it would be beneficial to upgrade, then it probably will be.
