Didn´t have any experience in refunding since i am retarded.
Easy to read guide, and obviously can see that this baguette knows how to refund.
Actually tried 2 refunds as a complete beginner using the guide, and got them both refunded instantly 
Most likely one of the easiest ways to get into refunding, have a really HQ mentor (handsome too) and easy to make alot of money in short time.
