contacted he for a simple refund (less than 200$) in Sephora, the guy tried a EMPTY BOX method (saturated af), the refund got refused and my account got blocked, luckily I contacted sephora via phone and can fix this situation and returned the items...

the support is good, but the service don't work (atleast for me)

Personally, I don't feel comfortable for using his service again. (who uses empty box in 2022?)

Okey I have A LOT of things to add on this first you never asked me about the refund or the website or if I was even able to refund it you sent me a foregin website with a language I don't understand. Also I asked you if you wanted to do FTID/LIT and you declined I never give my customers 100% success rate cause I know its something thats not gonna work if I don't use insiders ALSO what methods would I be using on a 190$ order smh My fee would be 25-30$ Thats almost what it costs me to send away a package lmao and I could have used other methods its just the fact that your refund request was so unplanned I did not know what to do you didn't tell me what items, Store or any information about the order then after you tell me your account got closed and after about 10 minutes you send me a text claiming I changed the email address on the accunt but you can't provide any proof? Also I did not do this so completly false accusations and yeah the fault is not on my side its on you have a great day and I wish you the best of luck
