Contracted this guy to code a telegram scraper+ adder for me, paid him $60.

Here's what took place:
Told me 'telegram api doesnt allow adding to supergroup so your tool will not be able to add to supergroup'
After telling me this, i accepted that it was literally impossible to add to a supergroup so seeing no way out, i accpeted that the tool will not be able to add to supergroups

However, after doing some research on github i found out that it was possible to add to supergroup just that it had to be done under another command.

In other words, this guy is absolutely shit at coding and his service is nothing more than a scam. 

Overall if you value your money do not contract this guy

1. Yes, I didnt know at that time that telegram library telethon have that option.

2. Before he paid I told him that the group need to be regular not supergroup.

3. So he knew that program my program cant do it and knowing that he bought version that not able to do it.

4. After nine days of using program, and writing everyday on every telegram api error he had (which has nothing to do with my program, problems were with his telegram account, also i was helping him), he sends me one github screenshot and saying that there is a way how to add people in supergroup.

5. This function really worked, and i said that i can upgrade program for that function. After he says that he is not gonna pay me for adding that function.

So he bought one version of program, and then he just asking me to add another feature for free.

If you actually knew how to code we would have agreed on programme being $60 with the function of adding to supergroup
You told that it was impossible to add to supergroup with telegram API. If someone tells you that something is literally impossible, you 
would just accept that it cannot be done. That is what you told me, you misled me into thinking that telegram API did not support adding to supergroups
when it was clearly your incompetency and poor coding techniques.

I highly suggest no one works with him, this man can't code for shit. He takes your money and leaves you with a shitty programme after paying.
If you hate money then go ahead and work with this absolute scammer
