Fragment now enforces an extensive KYC check (https://fragment.com/kyc/account), revealing your identity, processed by third party service "sumsub (https://sumsub.com/)".
Note that this procedure applies to both TON wallets and the associated Telegram accounts.

• KYC is now required to trade any asset on Fragment:

 ⚠️ You need KYC to convert basic usernames to NFTs
 ⚠️ You need KYC to buy Telegram Premium and Telegram Stars

• KYC is NOT required for the remaining Fragment features:
 ✅ You DON'T need KYC to assign NFT usernames to accounts
 ✅ You DON'T need KYC to assign anonymous numbers to accounts

You can still trade existing NFTs outside of Fragment; send the NFTs directly or use different marketplaces such as GetGems (https://getgems.io/) and TonDiamonds (https://ton.diamonds/).
