Reason for ReopeningI am reopening this case because the original scam report was closed by former admin @Darkness, who has since been banned for scamming. This directly calls into question the validity and impartiality of the decision made in my case. Especially after ignoring everything I have said to protect myself and only took in consideration what CatProxies was saying.
During the first report, @Darkness:

• Accused me without providing proof (claims of DDoS, “abusing the payment plan”).
  
• Ignored my direct evidence and unanswered questions to @CatProxies.
  
• Reduced my 8,000 EUR claim arbitrarily to 800 USD without justification.
  

Now, with Darkness banned for scamming, it is fair to suggest his judgment may have been compromised. At the very least, the decision he made should not be considered final.

The dispute was settled almost 1 month ago, long before Darkness left the forum for whatever personal reasons. He did not ignore anything and the decision was not biased since it was ALMOST 1 MONTH AGO.

This feels like a soap opera. Catproxies seems like the least professional person I've seen on this forum so far, judging by how things are going.

He is acting like this because Darkness favored him without even taking in consideration what I said. I told him I can show proof for everyhting I was saying and he never asked me to prove anything. I told him to make CatProxy answer a simple question, which proved I am right and he didn't even ask him. He just closed the case without justifying his decision whatsoever. That's why I feel the need to open it back up again because I am the one getting scammed and being treated as a scammer.

A verdict has already been rendered in this matter, and by policy closed disputes are not subject to re-opening. Permitting otherwise would invite endless re-litigation, creating disorder and eroding the fairness owed to those who respect and accept final rulings.
