Response to Report Regarding Purchase

Hello,

I would like to clarify the situation regarding the recent report:

Yesterday, a customer approached me to purchase a service from “Discord Term Service.” Due to limited funds, I allowed them to pay the amount they had at the moment, and we agreed that the remaining balance would be sent within 8 hours. However, after 15 hours, they requested a refund.

I explained that I had already paid my team yesterday to start working on the service, which means a refund is not possible at this stage.

As per our policy, customers must inform us if they wish to cancel their purchase within 3 hours of the transaction. Refunds are only provided if the service fails to be delivered as promised. In this case, no such failure occurred, and the service was already in progress.

Plus, i told him that our team will start when u pay the rest of money after that last night i've sent the target to my team and sent them rest of money he sent $40 and i paid for him $70 since he doesnt have money. our team were waiting my confirmation for start hittin. they prob spent the money on the things normally im not terming servers for $100 our prices already starting from $150 just i wanna done him a favor in my book making long term ship customers better than makin money. also i told him that he can pay rest of money any time that he want and he can change the target if he want my purpose was only done for him a favor if im guilty idk..

@anomoly but, since you do not have the reset of the money therefore, your team never started. Therefore, he can cancel the deal and he should be entitled to his money back since you never started right?
