Additional Information:Last month, on July 23, I found a thread about a PayPal holding service and messaged the holder to see if he would be my holder. To confirm he was the thread owner, I sent him a private message on c.io, and he confirmed it was him. We both agreed on a 15-20% cut for the holding service.
On July 28, I asked the holder for a payout, and he said he wouldn't be home that day but would be back the next day. The following day, he told me he went on vacation and wouldn't be home for two days. When I suggested he make the payout from his mobile device, he said it wasn't possible since it was a fake PayPal account.
After two days, when I asked if he was back from vacation, he said he needed two more days. When I asked for the payout, he kept adding an extra day each time. Finally, when I asked for a firm date, he said he would be back on August 2. On August 2, he told me his flight was delayed, so he would arrive the next day. The following day, he said PayPal requested some documents, which he submitted. He never mentioned there would be a limit if it was a fake PayPal account when we made the deal. Also, PayPal typically gives a decision within 3-5 business days after receiving documents, which has already passed.
In the end, I asked him to pay me using crypto since he was causing so many delays. He agreed to send the payout in crypto, too. However, yesterday, when I asked for the crypto payout, he started being abusive and said he gave the PayPal account to someone else who could bypass the document verification. He's making excuses and causing delays, and it has been 20 days without a payout. It seems like he's stalling to eventually do an exit scam.
