Additional Information: i contacted him from c.io and i bought combo from him 

1st he sent some test lines and then after test i purchased 20$ worth combo and that was good but

2nd time when i paid him he sent me a trash combo and when i told him he started abusing  and after some talk he said he will replace but not refund

i said fine give me good combo and then till now 14 hours passed he not sent me combo so i contacted him and he blocked me
