Additional Information: I was looking for a paypal holder for my business and @jazzmanqeached out to me with a deal. I hired him on 3 june for 15% fees to hold my money generated from my store. I received a payout from him once. When I reachout to him for second payment he's just gone. I have waited for him for 5 days now I cant anymore. I know he's active because I left him a message yesterday to warn him about the scam report and he deleted it from both parties.
