Additional Information: Seller messaged me and wanted to sell 8.9 million target combos. I offered $200 to buy method that he uses to get combos and he took my money and gave me a list. When trying to extract combos for my target I got 6.5k, when I asked him how I could get the 8.9 million that he showed me before, he said I need to pay $150 extra to buy a tool from him. When I told him I would open a scam report if he didn't give me what I paid for, he blocked me and wiped the messages. However, joke's on him because I screenshot everything. Also he already has a scam report that's open.
