Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 70$ for 2 Netflix Upgrades, Worst Netflix Upgrade.

So, I purchased x2 Netflix Upgrades recently from this guy a month or so back. The accounts get downgraded often in a matter of few days as the service quality is very bad.
Once the accounts downgrade, he simply asks me to send a new email and fixes the issue by upgrading on the new email. Again, each of these 'new emails' get downgraded again in a few days.
Now I'm at the point where I have already given him 2-3 of my new emails and they are all asking for payment info meaning downgraded.
I can't keep giving him new emails every single day and he says he can't fix on original email or even make the Upgrade stable, so it lasts even a month. Shame.
He threatened me saying he can only do 'new emails' or else, he will send me an email:pass which I have to use, so much for 'netflix upgrade' service. There is no other choice.
Now after I told him, I don't want this service anymore and asked him to refund me for the balance days in Warranty for Netflix, he kicked me from his Server.
I have bought other Upgrades from him as well, but since he kicked me from the Server, I have NO option rather than to report him every time here, if the other services downgrade.
He closes discord tickets without even saving Ticket transcripts. If asked, he says, I should take screenshots every time from the ticket, never heard anyone saying that ever!
