Additional Information: I am not creating this ticket to get the money back but to force him to make the account.
We've got the account from him 2 months ago, and it got banned 2 days after stating they need documents to verify our legitamet (We only created 1 small vps then it got disabled)
As you can see in the chat screenshots, he stated that he will fix that issue at hand if they asked for Documents (They did and he just sent it waaay too late)
He promised to make another account since the account that we bought was a Business Account we wanted to use it for business no sussy thing
It has been 2 months since then and we got nothing from him, the account did not got active nor we got anyother account.

I am not stating he is a scammer whatsoever I have done a lot of deals with him that went pretty well except this one. the 2 month gap for lack of servers in out business damaged it hard, I can send you the whole chat if you wish
