Additional Information: This purchase was made in April and i had problems about 2 months after the purchase. I made the report and was asked to wait for the end of the month for them to solve, i waited for the but at the end of the month they extended. Okay i waited, after that i asked for a refund and they said they can’t refund and they would switch for another service, when requested for another service they asked me to wait again, as i did. After that i asked to a refund again and they said okay, asked me for my wallet and no refund until today. It’s been over a month trying to solve this the pacient way, at this point i don’t know i feel scammed or if i was scammed !
