Additional Information: wanted to buy a BD from him (Qonto), wasnt able to login because a device is linked to this BD, he "forgot" that he is usually selling Qonto on nox, but i am not able to use nox. I would have been ok with a replacement, but he doesnt even tell me when and he doesnt reply anymore - so I want a refund, I dont think that he will refund cuz of this dispute, but the point should be that others are warned
