Additional Information:We successfully made the first deal with this person, after the first deal he asked for more bases for sale, I offered him options and we discussed the price and had to make the second deal, but while we were discussing he asked me to send him the bases and my crypto wallet for payment , after which I sent him the base and my crypto wallet address and expected payment, he wrote that he would pay and send money in 3-5 hours, but he started to ignore and I started writing to him that a lot of time had already passed but I did not receive the money, and in the end, he just swore at me, said that $ 250 was not money for him and blocked me in the telegram, deleting the entire chat
