this is his partner and as you can see . he is just not polite or not professional with dealing with his customers .

Additional Information: My old discord account is banned and I purchased 30 days from them I have the order details and everything but I can't join their discord server to download the program as they are having anti spam annoying bot tbh
so I just contacted them to add me again but they are not replying and this is wasting my subscription
