Not sure if @snixggg still needs it, but the app in question is obfuscated and has anti-tampering protections.  Using de4dot string decryptions it first appeared to be babel obfuscated, but these were false flags / fake attributes.  Sorry, I don't have the experience and enough free time to figure this one out.

If someone does manage to figure this out, I would appreciate being notified of how they patched it.
