This is my opinion on your thread:

1. The shoutbox contains a lot of toxic ppl
well yeh shit happens. I personallly like the sb. We have an ignore option so use it if you need it.
2. The layout is not beginner friendly
Thats literally how a forum should look like and function sir.
3. Strict/ Complex rules are unexplained and invisible
It is NOT a rule to like a thread. You definitely dont know what leeching means.
4. All your progress can be deleted from one day to the other
that is bullshit. You only get your thread deleted if you did not follow the rules. For example if you post a thread in general hacking while it is a porn related thread so it should go to other leaks with the porn tag on.
5. Leecher-banning is overrated
Again, you dont know what leeching means.
6. Customizable forum
You can customize cio via settings -> Custom CSS. New features are not required imo.
7. Error messages are bugged and unspecific
they are not bugged. If you see that message then it means you opened something you dont have acces to.
8. Nearly no motivation to post threads or to be active on the forum
Well the point of posting and creating threads etc is achieving different ranks such as contributor and heaven. During this journey you wiil also receive multiple awards.
9. Extremly unattractive design and positioning is a psychological DISASTER
Some awards are no longer obtainable indeed. That makes them rare.

EXAMPLES FOR RECOMMENDATIONS:
Not covering up all your reco's but you have not taken into account that some stuff can be botted / motivate botting or abuse.

AWARD BUG:
its not an award bug, it has been done intentionally to all the credit awards and some others.
